Dandelion (Taraxacum sp.)
Little stars of golden fluff
Burst sudden on the lawn;
Ripen to an airy puff;
Blow at them—and they’re gone!
Monotony of turf grass
No longer greenly chaste.
Dandelion, divinely crass,
The triumph of bad taste!
